SanHo Paper Co.

After finished drinks produce, these drinks need to package and then sell to customers. So the next enterprise we will visit paper factory. However, before we went to SanHo Paper factory. We have lunch in the carrefour at 12 o'clock. I ate sushi with pony and Dora. There was sometihg I didn't like. It was called "sea urchin". I don't like the sea urchin's flavor and taste. But both Pony and Dora very like.

I meet Dr. Liao in the carrefour. And Dr. Liao, Ivan, Ting and I played basketball together. Although Ivan said he can't play. But he was the winner.


SanHo paper factory was already built for forty-three years. The factory have more than one hundred staff. First, I saw the Colgate's package box. Look at the picture, I have never seem this kinds of paper.There were very heavy and big. You could't move it by yourself.

We also saw many different machines. All of the machines were very very very expensive. But if don't have them, it need to spend a lot of time and human. Although there have many machines, I still see the process almost used artificial's way. The staff didn't have air conditioner when they work. They worked hard.

King Car Co.

Today, we have two enterprises need to visit. First one was King Car. Another was SanHo paper facotry. These two enterprises also located in Taoyuan. So we arrived King Car quickly.


As we have been visited other enterprise, we watched the video at first. And then if you have any questions. Everyone can ask the questions. Later, we visited three different buildings. In the building, I saw many drinks producing at there which we usually see them in the convenient stores. I didn't know how the drinks produced before I went to King Car. Now I understand carbonated drinks production process for canning line have six steps. The order is blending, dilution/carbonation, filling, warming, packing and the last steps is palletizing. There have many big machines. It can produce a lot of drinks. If you were in there, you will see the quantity is very amazing. The machine just worked and worked.

When we visited three buildings done, we went back to the room. The questions time was continued. Everybody was very positvely to ask the questions. King Car gave our water, coffee and drinks. So we have three bottle of drinks. My hands already can't accommodate these of drinks

On 7/21(三)

Today is Dr.Lu's class. She wants our to think about your image of Taiwan. I think Taiwan have many kinds of food, traffic is very convenient and Taiwan have many convenient store. So you can buy somethings to eat even on the night. The total of class students think food is Taiwan's competitive. It have sevent students vote this one. But most of them are CYCU's students. Foreign's student only just two vote. This topic is interesting. You may understand the foreigner to Taiwan the impression.

Later, we watched the DVD about Kenting National Park which is in the south of Taiwan. Kenting National Park is very beautiful place to visit with your friends or, family or lover. I love the sea very much. So I can't wait for taking a trip to Kenting National Park.

On 7/20

Today, we had lecture by Yea-Mow Chen. The topic is Global Economic Developments and Some Critical Issues.

In this lecutre, I learned basis points 1 percent is equal to one hundred bps.
Nominal rate 1 percent mus Inflation rate two point five is equal to Real Interest rate(-1.5%).

On 7/19(二)

On that day, we have dumpling for lunch. Afternoon we didn't have class. So our group made an appointment to discuss the project. But the classroom was be opened at 2 pm. So we took Rick to our Lab. On the road, Rick asked our " Is there have any bookstore?" Because Rick wanted to learn some Mandarin. Well, we just nearby the bookstore.

We went there and found some teach books. The best one cost two hundred dollars. Then, we went to Lab taking a rest. And talked somethings to Rick. Rick also asked we about how to write Chinese characters. He learned very fast.

We did our project from two thirty to for o' clock. It spend about two hours finishing the project.

Taipei 101

After visited National Palace Museum, the next station was Taipei 101. I was very excited. Because I have never been there before. When we went there, everybody was hungry. I ordered Thai cuisine for my lunch. This was the third time I ate Thai food.


After lunch, some people didn’t want to go to the upstairs see the view. So they went to shopping. At first, I was very hesitation about I should go shopping or go to the upstairs. Because I was scared that was very high. Finally I choose to go to the upstairs. But I still scared near the windows to take a picture. It took about 35 seconds to arrive 89 stairs. The speed was very fast.


Soon after, Ting and I went to the commemorate store at the 89 floors. The goods were very cute. We bought rulers and post card. We stayed in store for some times. Taipei 101’s mascot just like taco. They have different colors. Red, black, yellow and gray.

The final station was Renaming of Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall. Unfortunately we didn’t stay there for long time. Then we needed to go back to school.

National Palace Museum

On Saturday morning (7/17), we left school at eight-thirty. It was very early. Because we visited Taipei again. Today we visited three place. The first is National Palace Museum. There are many people in National Palace Museum. So there was very crowded. Age from child to old people. But most of people were foreigner.

When we waited for buying the tickets, we went to the commemorate store. But I thought the goods in that store were very expensive. So I just bought one post card for forty dollars. The graphic on the post card was a cute Chinese cabbage.

And then, we went to different stairs visiting different topics. On the third floor, the displayed was about ancient different material’s antiquities. The famous one was Jadeite Cabbage. It like real Chinese cabbage. It also usually made of strap or key ring and other souvenirs. On the second floor, the displayed was about some painting. I liked Along the River During the Qingming Festival which was painted by five painter in 1736 B.C. If you tough the boat or ponytail, you can hear the voice and see the animation. It was so funny.

On 7/16(五)

Today is Doctor Chin’s first class. At 12 o’clock we go to eat fire rice. But some people wait for long time. I think they are very hungry. Afternoon is free time. So I go to Lab take a nap.

At 4 pm. I go to sports field playing volleyball with some people. I didn't take exercise for two months. So after exercise I feel very Comfortably. I like sweating.

On 7/15(四)

On 7/15 morning, we have a class in CYCU. After class, we went to Thai food restaurant eating lunch. There were five people sitting in the same table. Rick and I ordered the same dishes. But we also felt the food was too spicy. I couldn’t accept.

After a while, someone took away Ivan’s slippers. So he didn’t find his slippers. Where were my slippers, Ivan said ? Finally, he found his slippers. He was very happy.

Afternoon was free time. So you could do homework in the class or did other things. It was up to you.

Hsinchu Science Park

On 7/14 afternoon, we went to Hsinchu Science Park. Hsinchu is near chungli, so we took about forty minutes to there. Hsinchu Science Park is very big. And the picture was Hsinchu Science Park's scope.The girl who dressed white shirt and black skirt English speak very well and beautiful.


On the upstairs,there have many interesting things. Like electronic dog,Digital Photo Frame and the windmill you blew it the light color can be changed. Pony needed to use a lot of strength to change the windmill light's color. But for foreigners just took them a little strength to change the color.


Hsinchu Science Park has many big companies. I hope I can work in Hsinchu Science Park in the future. In order to work in there, I should learn more about program and English, etc.

Traffic control center & Tamshui

On 7/13 morning, we took the bus to Taipei traffic control center. This was the first day to visit. So everybody was very excited on the bus.We took about one hour to Taipei.In Taipei traffic control center, I saw many traffic systems in Taipei.

When we watched video done, we also saw many real equipment, just like bike, traffic light, parking lot system, bus shelter,public transportation and camera. You can alos used easy card to rent the bike,parking, take a bus or MRT. It is very convenient.I thought the camera is the most interesting. And it’s also many girls like. You can take a picture with your friends and then you can draw something you like. Everybody wanted to try. So I waited for long time to used it.

After finished lunch, Becky, Paulina, Ting , Dora and I go shopping in the Q square which was built last year of Taipei Bus Station. Finally,Becky bought a pair of shoes. Becky and Paulina were very excited. Because there were many beautiful clothing, shoes, etc. But we didn’t stay long time in shopping mall.Because we have another place need to go.

And then we took the MRT to Tamshui. The weather there was so hot. We decided to eat ice. But we were worry about Ivan's belly can't hold up. But he sayed he was OK.So Ivan, Ting, Dora and I went to eat Mango ice. I liked eating mangoes very much. They liked mangoes,too.

Later, we took a walk around the river. The scenery was very beautiful. That day wasn't holiday.So there didn't have many people in there. Another funny thing was we were jumping. Look at the picture, we were very happy. Ivan jumped the highest. The second was Ting. It was very specially experience.

The next viewpoint was Tamshi Fishers' Wharf. There have a bridge called "lover's bridge".We still didn’t forget to take a picture. I liked this picture very much.

When we were waiting for the boat,some people played shooting balloon there. I remembered Dora get six point and Ivan got five point. It was funny! On the boat, I saw the sunset and the fishes were jumping over the sea very high. It was very plenitude on that day.
